We are always looking for girls and boys ages 8-18 who are motivated to learn, practice, and fine tune their fundamental skills of volleyball. Our goal for spring and summer training is to develop new players as well as reinforce and enhance the skills of our returning players.

free open gym sessions
Register now for our 2025 free open gym sessions. Open gym will be held at the Lakewood Methodist Church, 4300 Bellflower Blvd, Lakewood, CA 90713
Middle School Ages: 9/30/25 & 10/2/25 from 6:00 - 7:30 pm
High School Ages: 9/30/25 & 10/2/25 from 7:30 - 9:00 pm

summer clinics
Comprehensive skills clinics offer a well rounded experience, with focus on positional play, offense (setting, hitting, serving, etc), and defense (blocking techniques, passing techniques, back row positioning, etc.). They are offered in two different groups based on age of the player.
Middle School Clinics: Intended for middle school aged children (typically 9-14 years). Beginner to advanced novice level of instruction.

Cancellation policy
- Registrations cancelled 30 or more days in advance: 100% refund
- Registrations cancelled 29 to 14 days in advance: 75% refund
- Registrations cancelled 13 to 1 day in advance: 50% refund
- Registrations cancelled on or after the event starting date will not be eligible for a refund
If events are cancelled at the direction of SCVA, a 100% refund or credit toward a separate event will be provided.
