Tryout Registration 2025-2026 club season

Important:  As of the 2020 - 2021 club season, when registering for club tryouts, you must also complete the Sports Engine registration process.  Information on completing that process can be found here.

tryouts - high school ages (18, 17, 16, 15 and under)

Tryouts for high school ages are now complete.  If you are still looking for a team, please contact us for special tryout accommodations. 

 middle school ages (14, 13, 12 and under)

Tryouts will be held on Saturday, 10/4/25 from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm and Sunday, 10/5/25 from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm.  All sessions will be held at the Greek Orthodox Church, 5761 E Colorado St, Long Beach, 90814

Not sure which tryout to attend?  Here are the age definitions and guidelines:

• 18 and Under Division - Players born between July 1, 2007 and June 30, 2008
• 17 and Under Division - Players born between July 1, 2008 and June 30, 2009
• 16 and Under Division - Players born between July 1, 2009 and June 30, 2010
• 15 and Under Division - Players born between July 1, 2010 and June 30, 2011
• 14 and Under Division - Players born between July 1, 2011 and June 30, 2012
• 13 and Under Division - Players born between July 1, 2012 and June 30, 2013
• 12 and Under Division - Players born on or after July 1, 2013

cancellation  policy

- Registrations cancelled 30 or more days in advance:  100% refund  
- Registrations cancelled 29 to 14 days in advance: 75% refund
- Registrations cancelled 13 to 1 day in advance:  50% refund 
- Registrations cancelled on or after the event starting date will not be eligible for a refund

If events are cancelled at the direction of SCVA, a 100% refund or credit toward a separate event will be provided.
