New Wave is proud to announce that #9 - Olivia Muriel, has officially committed to University of St. Katherine in San Marcos!
Olivia joined New Wave Volleyball Club in 2016, with so much energy and love for volleyball. Immediately, she soared to the high expectations we had and played Libero/DS, for our 18 Platinum team. She was recruited by the University of St. Katherine, and offered an 80% Volleyball Scholarship for 4 years. Olivia has decided to bypass her senior year in high school and join the St. Katherine team this July. Olivia will be studying Kinesiology/Sports Physical Therapy and fulfilling her dream of playing Volleyball in college. Olivia would like to sincerely thank her parents for being there for her during all practices and games. She also deeply appreciates and thanks Coach Cookie and Coach Teila for helping her accelerate her game and supporting her through ups and downs. Congratulations Olivia!!!
